Thai Palace Restaurant

I recently dined at Thai Palace and was completely blown away by the experience. From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance set a delightful stage for what was to come. The decor was stunning, striking a perfect balance between elegance and comfort, and creating an inviting atmosphere that elevated our dining experience. The real star of the show, however, was the food. Each dish was a delight, not just in flavor but also in presentation. The attention to detail in the plating was remarkable, turning each course into a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. As someone who enjoys a good kick of spice in my meals, I was thrilled with how they handled the spice levels. They were able to perfectly cater to my preference for a spicier dish, while also accommodating my mother's milder preference. It's not often that a restaurant can navigate varying spice preferences so adeptly, but Thai Palace did it with ease. In summary, Thai Palace is more than just a restaurant; it's a culinary experience. The combination of the beautiful decor, the exquisite food, and the attentive service makes it a must-visit destination for anyone who appreciates fine Thai cuisine. Highly recommended!

It had been many years since I had Thai Palace, so I ordered takeout for dinner. The food was very fresh and had a lot of quality ingredients. However, it was all very bland. The dishes ordered both had different sauces. One sweet & sour and the other garlic ginger. They both were bland, which is unexpected for Thai food. The dish ordered with the medium spice didn't provide any more flavor than the medium it was just slightly hotter. The food was in no way bad it just needed a little bit of fragrant spices to kick it up a notch.

The food is awesome and is my favorite Thai food restaurant in Windsor. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the last 3 times I’ve ordered take-out, my order has leaked out of the containers into the bag, or they have completely forgotten my order. Some of the staff had great customer service about it but management refused to do anything about the leaking containers. The prices are way too expensive to only end up with half your food spilled out into the bag!

Food came an hour after ordering while other tables were served and left before we got our food. The server said that other tables got their food first because they ordered something easy. Asked for a fried egg on top of my dish and got an omelet on top. When i mentioned that it wasnt a fried egg the server said that's what the kitchen made. None of the dishes were authentic Thai and 2 of them were sent back because they tasted terrible. They removed the 2 dishes from the bill at least.
